Shipping

At The Royal Family, we pack and ship every order with care from our home studio in the U.S.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or for larger orders, it may take a bit longer, but we always aim to ship promptly.

Shipping Method & Rates

We ship with USPS Priority Mail. A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders, with free shipping for orders over $100.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to expand soon.

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after your order has shipped (depending on your location).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at orders@theroyalkellys.com with a photo. For packages marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting USPS directly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it for an additional $10 or refund your order minus the original shipping cost.
