Refund + Return

We want you to love every product. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Due to the nature of our small-batch, botanical products, returns aren’t always possible, but your satisfaction always is. Please email us at orders@theroyalkellys.com, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect

Let us know within 5 days of delivery. Just send an email with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

If you changed your mind

If the product is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging, we’re happy to accept a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you, and we recommend using a trackable method.

Once we receive the product back in good condition, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

Need to make a change? Orders can be modified or canceled within 12–24 hours. After that, they may already be in production or transit—but reach out and we’ll do what we can.
